Cut a block of firm tofu into 1/2 - 1 cm slices.
Sprinkle both sides with this mixture:
1 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp veggie stock powder
1 T flour
1 tsp nutritional yeast (opt)
Brush both sides with this mixture:
3 T soy sauce
2 T oil
2-3 T brown sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp sesame oil
Bake on a greased tray at 350 for 20-30 minutes, flipping once or twice, re-brushing & re-sprinkling.
Note: Can be used for sandwiches, stir-frys, salads, noodle dishes, etc. These are especially good added to Sub and Club Sandwiches.
