1 block tofu, crumbled
1 T veggie stock powder
3-4 T soy sauce
1-2 T oil
1-2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp roast sesame oil
Mix well. Bake on an ungreased tray at 350 for 20-40 minutes, flipping occasionally.
Good for oriental rolls, tacos, pizza topping, a plain old snack, or just about anything.
