Like TNC, this is a comfort food. For a yummy lazy meal, cook spaghetti (whole wheat or veggie pasta will give the illusion that this is a healthy meal). Meanwhile, heat up a can of spaghetti sauce, with plenty of crushed chilis thrown in. Drain pasta, stir in a bunch of grated soy cheese (cheddar or mozza) and the spaghetti sauce.
For the nutritionally virtuous, this is also good with a can of peas heated up and stirred in.
