1 onion, chopped
3 c cabbage, sliced very thin
2 carrots, grated
1/2 - 1 c tofu crumbles
1 c bean sprouts
1 T nutritional yeast (opt)
1 tsp Five Star spice
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp veggie stock powder
Filo dough
Sauté onion and cabbage until softened. Add carrots and sauté lightly. Add remaining ingredients.
Make rolls using filo dough (See Filo Dough for instructions). Lay the rolls on greased trays after brushing with a mixture of:
3-4 T oil
3-4 drops sesame oil
1 tsp soy sauce
Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
