If you don’t want to go through the trouble of making pizza dough, this is an easy alternative.
Buy a pack of tomato or spinach tortillas, cover in pizza sauce, sprinkle with chili powder, crushed chilis, a dash of dill, then add some spinach, then soy cheese, then diced or thinly sliced tomato, finely chopped green pepper and onion, and thinly sliced mushroom. Bake at 450 for 15-20 minutes.
