1 c soy milk
2 T flour
1 T nutritional yeast (opt)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla
4 slices of bread
Whisk first five ingredients together.
Heat some margarine in a frying pan over medium-high. Dip bread slices in mixture, coating both sides, and fry each side until browned. Serve with maple syrup.
